IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Inclusions during your stay: daily buffet breakfast at the Hawaiki Nui restaurant (room service and canoe breakfast not included) and complimentary mini bar (a set selection of soft drinks), refilled once daily. All our rooms are air-conditioned and offer free Wifi.
Taxes included: 5% VAT, 4,9% Government Tax, 5% Service Charge.
Taxes to be added: City Tax 200 xpf per adult, per night, Green contribution (optional) 200 xpf per room, per night, payable upon check-out.

How to get to the hotel
The hotel is located on a private islet, approximately 35 minutes by boat from the airport of Raiatea (RFP), which is the closest airport to Taha'a. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by our representative and accompanied to the resort’s shuttle boat.
Boat transfers are charged and payable at the resort:
Adults: 7 500 xpf per adult per way, tax included- Children (3-12 years): 3 800 xpf per child per way, tax included
- Infants (0-2 years): free of charge

Private boat transfers are available upon request at extra cost.
Check-in / Check-out
Your room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to hotel availability (additional fees may apply). A storage room is available at the reception of the hotel.
Payment Policy
A one-night deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
A secured payment link will be sent to you from Payzen within 72 hours following your booking.
The remaining balance will be paid to the hotel.
Children Policy
Children’s age is required at time of booking. Please note that the presence of at least one adult (18+) per room is mandatory to confirm the reservation.
Up to 12 years old, children sharing their parents’ room stay for free, in respect to existing bedding configuration, and meals are charged in supplement from the kids’ menu or à la carte; beverages are not included. Regular rates shall apply if children eat à la carte.
From 13 years old, adult rates apply.
Festive Season Dinners 2026
If you are staying during the festive season, please note that both the Christmas Eve Dinner and the New Year’s Eve Dinner are mandatory for all guests. These dinners must be prepaid at the following rates:
Christmas Eve Dinner on December 24, 2026, at the Hawaiki Nui Restaurant
Adult (13 years and above): 26,818 XPF + 10% tax (29,500 XPF including tax)
Child (3-12 years): 13,409 XPF + 10% tax (14,750 XPF including tax)
Christmas Eve dinner includes: Welcome cocktail with hotel management, buffet dinner with Polynesian dance show, Christmas choral and fire dance.
New Years Eve Dinner on December 31, 2026, at the Hawaiki Nui Restaurant
Adult (13 years and above): 41,818 XPF + 10% tax (46,000 XPF including tax)
Child (3-12 years): 20,909 XPF + 10% tax (23,000 XPF including tax)
New Year’s Eve dinner includes: Welcome cocktail with hotel management, buffet dinner with Polynesian dance show and fire dance, ½ bottle of champagne per adult, fireworks, champagne served at midnight and DJ party.
